Spring has sprung throughout Binghamton, and Restaurant Week is back once again for students and residents alike to enjoy. From Tuesday, April 7 to Thursday, April 16, local restaurants offer deals for multicourse meals at a discounted price.
This year, Pipe Dream traveled to 13 different restaurants across Downtown Binghamton. Ranging from comforting favorites to refined, high-end dinners, this spring’s Restaurant Week offers various meals and cuisines for customers to choose from. Read on to find out which restaurant interests you, and stop by before Restaurant Week ends!
205 Dry
Stepping into 205 Dry is like stepping into no other restaurant in Binghamton. Hidden behind a sprawling bookcase, this restaurant is the closest a college student may ever come to a 1920s speakeasy.
Alexander’s Cafe
Twelve years after its establishment, Alexander’s Cafe remains an essential ingredient in the Binghamton community’s dining scene. Located at 34 Chenango St., the eatery offers a rare combination — a hospitable atmosphere, incredible meals and affordable prices. This restaurant week, my photographer, Jess, and I got the chance to enjoy a three-course meal for just $18 from the cafe’s creatively curated, limited-time menu.
Craft
For Restaurant Week, my photographer, Abby, and I went to Craft. A staple of Downtown Binghamton’s dining scene, the restaurant is centrally located at 135 Washington St. It’s the perfect spot to eat after a long day of studying or hanging out with friends.
Downtown by Chef Jay Pisculli
Downtown by Chef Jay Pisculli is hands down one of the Pipe Dream staff’s favorite restaurants. That’s why, as I near the end of my time in the Arts & Culture section, I knew I had to take advantage of having first dibs and finish off the semester at this beloved 20 Hawley St. establishment.
Iron Agave
On a surprisingly sunny day in Binghamton, I finally had the chance to try Iron Agave. Located in the heart of Downtown Binghamton, it offers a unique Tex-Mex experience for diners looking to try something new.
Lost Dog Café & Lounge
Since its opening in a garage on Main Street over 20 years ago, Lost Dog Café & Lounge has remained a consistent fixture in the Binghamton community. Founded by former bandmates hoping to bring pieces of their favorite New York City cafes back to their hometown, it has cultivated a truly unique dining experience that cannot be overlooked while staying true to a love of music and commitment to a welcoming environment.
Parlor City Vegan
Located at 81 Clinton St., Parlor City Vegan pushes the boundaries of the culinary arts through its inventive and deeply flavorful takes on vegan cuisine.

Remlik’s Grille and Oyster Bar
For Restaurant Week, my photographer, Grace, and I headed down to Remlik’s Grille & Oyster Bar to enjoy a delicious dinner at a discounted price of $35 for a full three-course meal.
Saké-Tūmi
Located at 99 Court St., PS Restaurant serves highly crafted, technically elevated dishes that will satisfy the demands of all hungry palates. My photographer, Tiffany, and I stopped by on a Thursday night to try just some of the kitchen’s fusion creations.
Spice of India
On a sunny corner of Binghamton’s South Side, Spice of India serves up flavorful and delicious Indian dishes. Owner Manish Verma began his restaurant as a pop-up delivery shop out of the Cornell Cooperative Extension Commercial Kitchen and has been operating at a storefront on Vestal Parkway since 2024.
The Grove
The Grove is one of the most popular names in Downtown Binghamton and for good reason. Located at 65 Court St., its glass windows and colorful signage are hard to miss. As a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, The Grove’s versatile menu has made it a local food staple.
The Upper Crust
As the most recent establishment to join Binghamton’s Restaurant Week roster, The Upper Crust is reinvigorating the local dining scene and breathing new life into Stone Fox’s former 15 Hawley St. location.
