Incumbent Stephen Flagg, MPA ‘05, is the Republican candidate for Broome County’s 1st district in the Broome County Legislature. Flagg was first elected in 2012 and then reelected in 2018. Flagg has been employed at BAE Systems since 2005 as a subcontracts manager and has served as chairman of Broome County’s Finance Committee.
