TUESDAY, NOV. 14, 11:08 p.m. — A resident assistant in Oneida Hall at College-in-the-Woods reported smelling marijuana to Binghamton’s New York State University Police. The RA noticed the odor while doing rounds on the third floor of the building. When police arrived, they knocked on the door where they determined the smell came from and found a 17-year-old male and 18-year-old female in the room. The male in the room was the resident. The female student was found to have a forged New York State drivers license. Police did not make any arrests, but did report the incident to campus judicial affairs.

THURSDAY, NOV. 16, 4:55 p.m. — Police patrolling in Hinman College saw students sledding on mud and asked them to disperse. The students did as police asked, but when police returned minutes later, the crowd had regathered. Police arrested one 20-year-old male student, who had returned after police came the first time, for disorderly conduct.
