Thomas Scanlon is the incumbent councilmember for the Binghamton City Council’s seventh district, and he is the Republican and Conservative candidate in the upcoming election. Prior to representing Binghamton’s East Side, he served on the City of Binghamton Planning Commission and the Binghamton City School Board.
