Rebecca Rathmell is the Democratic and Working Families candidate for the Binghamton City Council’s sixth district. Rathmell has served as a co-chair of the Broome County Safe Housing Task Force and has over 15 years of experience in homeless outreach and housing advocacy. In 2008, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Bible & theology from Davis College in Johnson City, New York.
