Patrick McPherson is the Republican and Conservartive candidate for Vestal Town councilmember. McPherson has previously served on the Zoning Board of Appeals and as Vestal Fire Department chief. He also served 12 years in the Army National Guard and is a graduate of Vestal High School. (1)
