LOCK: Green Bay (-9.0) over CLEVELAND: For all you Browns haters who thought Cleveland couldn’t catch anything, you’re all wrong. They be catchin’ colds. Forget detrimental injuries, five losses and the flu fiasco; the Packers would be walking all over Browns even if they were in pristine condition.

Minnesota (+4.5) over PITTSBURGH: This one is a gamble, but I think that the Steelers will be giving all their focus on Peterson, which will lead Favre to make some good passes.

New York Jets (-6.0) over OAKLAND: I’m hopin’ that Buffalo game will be the last time I have to worry about my Jets losing to riffraff. So now that the Jets know their limits on Sanchez, I’m sure they will scale back and use Thomas Jones. When you put Russell side by side with Sanchez, Russell has even a lower passing rating, so if the Jets pressure him we’ve got this game on lock.

DALLAS (-4.0) over Atlanta: If the Cowboys can keep the ball running with Barber and Jones, expect this one to be a Dallas win.
