Josh Riley is the incumbent U.S. Representative for New York’s 19th congressional district, where he has served since 2025. The Democratic candidate for the seat , Riley graduated from Harvard Law School in 2007. Previously, Riley worked as a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor and as counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
