A front-page article (Friday, Oct. 21) about a rape attempt on campus misreported the school affiliation of the accused student. William Marulanda Jr., whom police have charged with felony attempted rape, is a freshman in the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences, not in the School of Management. Marulanda identified himself as an SOM student; University records indicate that he is enrolled in Harpur.
