Carla A. Murray ‘10 MSW ‘12 currently represents the Binghamton City Council’s First District and is running on the Democratic and Working Families Party lines this November. A SUNY Broome and Binghamton University alum, Murray is the lead diversity, equity and inclusion administrator with BOCES Professional Learning and Innovation Center in the Binghamton City School District.
