Incumbent legislator Richard Balles is the Republican candidate for Broome County’s 12th district in the Broome County Legislature. Elected in 2018, Balles has served as the chair of the Economic Development and Education & Culture Committee. Balles earned his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from C.W. Post University, now known as LIU Post.
