As a law-abiding citizen, it is hard to believe we do not
have adequate drug sentencing. I propose zero-tolerance. Illegal drugs
are destroying our nation and its people. The biggest threat, therefore,
is internal, not external.
I stand on the side of law enforcement in crying out for stiffer
sentences, maximum penalties for first-time felons and life in prison
for second-time felons. It is obvious that if they don't learn the first
time, then the intent is there to continue to harm society.
This is a real threat that we cannot ignore. Let's all voice
our concern to our elected officials.
