Wait-listed students to receive housing

In a bizarre twist to the housing lottery controversy, more people than the administration anticipated decided not to return to life on campus next semester, leaving openings in housing. There is now room for students who "won" the housing lottery back in March and were told they were ineligible for campus housing.
