Staff Writer Once again, the Binghamton University women's basketball team (7-11, 3-5 AE) flirted with victory, only to have it snatched from their paws by the University of Hartford Hawks. In front of a crowd of just over 1,000 at the West Gym on Wednesday night, the Bearcats fell to Hartford, 58-55 in a game that was, at times, just plain ugly.
