While handing out fliers for the Working Families party outside CIW commons, junior Andrew Silverstein and Corey Finger, organizer for HERE union, were confronted by a State University of New York - Binghamton police officer. According to Silverstein, the officer questioned the two men extensively even though they were not fliering illegally.
